Preparation

Our festival is outdoors, which means that it is critical that you come prepared.  Here is a list of hints that will help to make your volunteering experience a positive one:

Volunteer Checklist

  • Bring your own water bottle. There will be no water for sale in the food vendor area, but there will be free water bottle filling stations throughout the site
  • Make sure you wear comfortable and weather-appropriate footwear
  • Weather in the mountains is unpredictable! Pack a hat, sunscreen, warm clothes, rain gear, and bug spray. It has been known to rain (and sometimes snow!) at the festival… So be ready for anything Mother Nature can throw at us!
  • Read all the information given to you by your Coordinator so you know what is expected of you
  • Know how to contact your Coordinator. Save their cellphone number on your phone.
